It's a fairly large store for a high street with an excellent selection. The atmosphere is quite pleasant to browse in - particular on the lower level.
This Waterstones provided us shelter from the blistering hot London summer, air con is a blessing. But enough of that, there is a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction across the two floors of this shop. Prices are what one should expect from a Waterstones, as is the generally lay out.
207-209 Kentish Town Rd, Kentish Town, London NW5 2JU, UK – 020 7485 7793
An excellent independent book shop with a wide range of books and cards. Staff are always helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Previously I've found it's opening hours a little bit and miss, though a gem when it is open.
This is a wonderful place to browse and buy books for yourself and for presents. It has a good children's section where I often buy books for new babies and children. I also love the range of lino print cards of London scenes.

Beautiful architecture and shop front. Lovely layout, friendly staff. Great selection of classics and new releases!
Real bookshop atmosphere, a pleasure to browse.I've found them particularly helpful about choosing books for different age groups and types of children. They really know their stock and take time to think.
